New Favorite Sandal!

I just picked up my new favorite sandal, from Target of all places (Definitely saw these on a girl at work and then ran out to buy them).

They're on sale now, so I'm thinking about picking up these other colors...

Weekend Recap & Happy Birthday!

I had a busy weekend! Friday night was an event for work. My little table:

It was actually a really good time!

Saturday we had lunch with Tom, Eric's dad at the Sharp Edge Creekhouse.

Also Saturday I headed to the bank with some of my favorite boys. Yay for cashing in a bunch of change!


Finally, I want to wish a happy birthday to two of my favorite people!

C. Wonder Flash Sale!

I'm on a self-imposed shopping hiatus (lots and lots of upcoming travel!)....but if I wasn't, I would definitely check out the C. Wonder Flash Sale that's happening right now!

Some of my favorites:

Airplanes get cold! The best way to deal with this? Cuddle up with a nice wool (or cashmere :)) throw! I really like this color.

I have toooooo many tote bags. Seriously. Ask Eric. But if I didn't have such a Longchamp addiction, I would definitely hit up this gorgeous tote! Perfect to stash in a suitcase and bring back with souvenirs! Bonus points: C. Wonder things are typically marked with a "C" aka my first initial.

I lose ear buds like it's my job. These peace sign ones are only $2.99 each right now! With that price, I'd probably buy all three colors.

The only thing that could make these earrings more perfect is if they were real diamonds. Le sigh.

I totally had these bowls in my shopping cart until I forced myself to close the tab. I can't explain it. I love them.

Love love love these pineapple drink stirrers! And, umm, drinks and pineapple in general.

Ruey's Graduation Weekend!

We had such a nice time last weekend! Here are some recaps and some highlights!!


Eric and I left work Thursday evening and drove straight to Philadelphia, where we met up with Andrew and Allison. No pictures from that, we were hot messes.

Friday morning we hit the road early. We passed through so many states on our way to Massachusetts!

Oh look! It's me in Connecticut!


When we got to Massachusetts, we met up with Grams, Grandfather, mom and Rue and had a delicious Barbecue lunch at Bubb's BBQ. I had a delicious fried tomato sandwich.

From there, it was time for her whole school commencement!

After graduation, we went with my dad and Fran to an AMAZING dinner at the Blue Herron.

Needless to say after a long day and eating so well, we hit the hay!


Saturday it was up early again as Rue prepared to walk across the stage!

She was beautiful and graceful as always!


After that we headed to Johnny's Tavern for another delicious meal!

I got the trout. It was delicious!

We also gave Ruey her gifts. I wrapped mine in vintage duck wrapping paper that matched Eric's tie, natch.


Then we drove to the town of North Hampton, where we did a little shopping!

I picked up these fun bracelets!


We also went to the Montague Bookmill, an old mill that has been converted into a book store!

 It was gorgeous!

It was situated right next to a waterfall!


Then we headed to 30 Boltwood at the Lord Jeffrey Inn for yet another delicious meal!

We were placed in this lovely private dining room.

After that we let the graduate show us some of her favorite haunts. Never have I seen someone so effortlessly rock a Lily dress and a leprauchan shot :)


All in all it was a great weekend! We started our journey back on Sunday, arriving in Pittsburgh Monday afternoon :)
